I am a Marie Curie Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Institute for International Integration Studies (IIIS) at Trinity College, Dublin, working in the field of comparative politics. Before that, I was a doctoral (DPhil) student in Politics at Nuffield College, Oxford. During the spring semester of 2009, I was also a visiting student at Yale's Department of Political Science.

I study a range of issues falling within comparative politics and comparative political economy, where my focus is on industrialised democracies. A selection of my research papers and my cv are available on this site.

Together with Timo Idema and David Rueda (Merton College, Oxford), I organised a conference on 'Inequality and Institutions in Industrialised Democracies'. It was held early in May 2009 in Oxford.
