About

I am an Ussher Assistant Professor of Political Economy at the Department of Political Science at Trinity College, Dublin. I arrived in Dublin in September 2009 to take up a Marie Curie Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship at the Institute for International Integration Studies (IIIS), also at TCD.

Before arriving in Dublin, I was a doctoral (DPhil) student in Politics at Nuffield College, Oxford. During the spring semester of 2009, I was also a visiting student at Yale’s Department of Political Science.

I study a range of issues falling within comparative politics and comparative political economy, where my focus is on industrialised democracies. A selection of my research papers and my cv are available on this site.
